Voicemail to Email issue - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hello everyone,

I work with an Axxess 8.232 system with Unified Messaging configured. Recently we had to power down our exchange server for some maintenance, we rebooted the VPU and everything came up an worked just fine. The new parts arrived for the exchange server so we powered the box down again. This time after rebooting the VPU server the voicemail will no longer send to email. I've taken a sample of the issue I believe is causing the problem. I just need help fixing this issue.

There is a message in the Outlook Inbox on the Voice Mail Server that is not for Unified Messaging. You must delete the message in the Inbox to get rid of the error. You can also set up a rule for the Inbox to remove any message after xx/xx/xx date so that any "out of office replies" etc. are removed and this will then stop the informational message from showing up in avdapmon.

I am not sure that this will fix the problem but it is a start. Are there any RC= errors?
