Location: Maine Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Can anyone tell me if (and how) it's possible to change the number of rings on an Inter-Tel Axxess endpoint before the caller goes to voicemail? Many of our managers are not at their desks and can't get to the phone in time. Many thanks. eg | ||||||||

Location: Maine Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I found the answer: Under System Timers there's a setting called System Forward Initiate. It sets the ring timer system wide - not by individual phone which is a drawback for me, but I'll take it. Hope this helps someone else someday. eg | ||||||||
