Cool Change Number of Rings B4 Voicemail?

Can anyone tell me if (and how) it's possible to change the number of rings on an Inter-Tel Axxess endpoint before the caller goes to voicemail? Many of our managers are not at their desks and can't get to the phone in time.

I found the answer:

Under System Timers there's a setting called System Forward Initiate. It sets the ring timer system wide - not by individual phone which is a drawback for me, but I'll take it.

Hope this helps someone else someday.

different time limits for external and internal calls...ie 24 seconds for external, 15 for internal
