Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have a user that can't dial outbound numbers from her extension anymore - she gets an "Outgoing Access Denied" message when she tries. I have no idea how to fix this issue, any ideas? GVN | ||||||||

Rep Power: 4 ![]() ![]() | Outgoing Look under System/Device/Stations and find the extension number, then look at associated devices/outgoing. This should be set to either 9200 or 92000. There are other things that cause this but this is the most likely. Quote:
