| Junior Member |  Answering Second Call Some of our phones will ring once when a second call is coming. Other phones just have the second calls go right to voice mail. I tried comparing flags from both phones, but can't figure out how to switch each way. I'd appreciate any help. |

| Moderator  | Voice Mail This would be found under System/Devices/Station/ and then the effected station. Look at the system forwarding path conditions. You probably have busy checked, uncheck this and it should work. Quote:
