Connecting Axxess PBX to Cisco = No Caller ID

I'm migrating an inter-tel axxess PBX V6.009 to cisco voip.
I have the two system talking to each other over a trunk configured with NI2 . Everything is working for the most part except that I am not getting caller ID info passed from inter-tel to cisco.
The Cisco gateway is an AS5350. The inter-tel phones are setup to call forward all to the tie-trunk
The call path is
PSTN-> Inter-tel -> phone -> Trunk -> AS5350 -> Callmanager.
When the Inter-tel phones are getting the call (no forward), the Caller ID is displayed properly on the LCD.
When the call is forwarded , the Caller ID doesn't show up on the AS5350.
Any idea what to look for?
I have exhausted all my ideas and settings I could play with.

Thanks

PS: I tried to use private networking with QSIG but I had even more issues so I reverted to NI2

Better late then never

You can program caller ID in each individual extension <calling party number>
Usually the Telco Provider will push your main number over the T-1 PRI. IF you want to have each extension push it's own DID then you have to go into each stations programming and set the calling party#, then Telco will push the caller ID comming from your extension and not the main# For this example Telco is not involved so thats why caller id is not show uo. Only way is possible program in each extension. This is only in theroy......Test to see if this works for you or not !!!!

Inter-Tel & Caller ID

The Axxess will not pass caller ID as you have found out on a TIE trunk. I am not sure about the option that SilentJ619 has proposed. A couple of thoughts that I have would be to try ringing the calls into an analog voice mail hunt group, which will pass caller ID. Second would be changing the circuit type on the tie trunk to FXO or LS.
