Hi

Apparently when you make an internal call, you can do an automatic "forced answer" on the speaker phone of the recipient. What is the feature code for this?

Try 377

try feature code 377. If this does not work I can send you the relevant flags to enable and disable to get it working. Can be a bit tricky sometimes depending on how your stations are forwarding and which flags are enabled.

Axxess feature code #377

When I dial feature code 377, the display says: "RING IC IC ALWAYS ON" or " RING IC ALWAYS OFF" I don't even know what that means.

Forced Answer

What I want to be able to do on an internal call is dial an extention and force the call to be "picked up" by the recipent's speaker phone.

Red face axxess v4.407

my axxess phone system has voicemail and the hard drive in the voice mail box died i can put a new HD in there and the machine works but i need the NT 4.0 drivers for the cards and the voice mail system software. How do i get that stuff and will it work?

HandsFree on /off - feature code 319. Most common feature that is either turned off on all phones or turned on for every one. It is a user by user feature code but you can assign it to every one by setting the flag in stations and doing a copy / paste or under station related information \ flags \ Ring Intercom always on-off.
