Call Logging
« on: February 09, 2012, 07:47:37 PM »
Sys is a MICS 7.1. I have call logging programmed per set to log all calls. The customer said the sys before (CICS 7.0) showed calls logged on the display and could use the soft key function (T7316E) to see call info. Is this programmed per set (F*84)? Have I missed some system parameters to make this work?

From memory ( as I am not on the road any longer)

-Must enable Call Logging
-Also look for Call Log Pool
You need to add some to that set.
The KSU allows about about 250 logs as a whole

Example if the pool has 250 entries then add 20 to that set, this leaves 230 for other sets you may add down the road.

Look under Sets/XXX/Telco Features as a start
