norstar cics installer pswd reset

Sys is CICS 7.0. I need to change the installer pswd back to default (266344). Can I us the debug procedure without loosing data?
change time/date to Feb 1/91 -FEATURE * * DEBUG (**33284)-password is 144900

Yes, then go to (approx) address C01 CE0

Look for data like this: 02 06 06 03 04 04
