Vodavi 8 button executive help!

I'm not sure where to post this, so if this isn't the place I apologize. I have a Vodavi 8 button executive phone that was just installed, but does not ring for general incoming calls w/in the office, as the other phones do. I have assigned a ring tone to it, but it only rings when someone calls my ext directly or a call is transferred to me. I have a manual, but it doesn't have a troubleshooting section and I don't see this issue addressed in it. Please help!
