Hello !

I've got a problem with Hicom. I need to make a fixed call forwarding and destination number muset be entered automatically durig station configuration.

Is it another way to make this forwarding without using AMO ACTDA ?
Or if this only one way , how to make this command work , entereing string with all destinations station returns an error :

F04:COMBINATION OF FIXED AND VARIABLE CALL FORWARDING IS NOT PERMITTED

In manual hint to this error is :

H04:NIGHT SWITCH FOR ATND GROUP <xx> ACTIVATED.

I just dont know what to because i can't delete this ATNDGR.

can someone help me whith a tip or something ?

Hope this helps. The AMO ACTDA is the only way to make a forwarding (as far as I know).

To Add/Delete Fixed forwarding

1. Add-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234,si=vce,destnof=5678;
2. del-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234,si=vce;
3. dis-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234
4. add-actda:type=stn,stno=1234,featcd=fwd,sifwd=vce;
5. dis-actda:type=stn,stno=1234;

Srcno = Station number of source
1234 = Source Station
5678 = Destination Station

Is the station actually a member of an Attendent group? This will affect whether or not and how you can forward this station.

AMO ZIEL didn't help. If i enter a destination number using ZIEL , fixed call forwarding activates after pressing #29 on phone , and call is forwarded to station what is entered as destnof :

Add-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234,si=vce,destnof=5678;

In AMO ACTDA i try to make forward to some numbers , digital and anate but in each case it returns an error. The ATNDR is not active , but it presents

+-------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| ATNDGR: 0 |
| MAINGROUP : 1 |

+-------------------------------------------------------------------------+

and i can't delet it because ITR groups are peresenting , and ITR groups is udeliteble because ATNDNO is not specified ... i just don't know what to to do ...

Maybee it depends on soft version , our version is 3.4 ...

Hi FolkoB
Are you configuring the station using the AMO scsu or sbcsu if so could you do a display and post it here.
dis-sbcsu:1234; If you are using a different AMO which one, this could be your reason for the problem.

I am running version 3 software as well.
Could you please explain what you are trying to achieve/configure. Just fixed forwarding a station? Night service destination? Voicemail destination?

Ah, now I think I understand. To make it automatic it won't be done using ACTDA.
Let me check my manual at work tomorrow to see if it can be done.
What is the station used for? Is there any paticular reason why it has to be automatic?

Hello Dtu.

I think most useful AMO what related with forwarding is AMO ACTDA. If you make dis-actda you can see all those destinations what are entered through key on phone. And i can be activated automatically by a script what connecting to station in certain time and enter a string with destinations. We need this becaus in 22:00 all workres leave the building but we must accept some emergensy calls , so we forward our day hotline to some company which would answer it , but customers shoul think that they talk with someone from our company. They call to our day hotline number and their calls are forwarded to another company.

So the most useful for me is AMo actda , but when i try to enter all destinations and other , it returns an error.

F04:COMBINATION OF FIXED AND VARIABLE CALL FORWARDING IS NOT PERMITTED

In manual hint to this error is :

H04:NIGHT SWITCH FOR ATND GROUP <xx> ACTIVATED

We've got 2 ATNDGR 0 and 1 , ferst group i delet , but another one (0)when i try to delete it returns an error :

H500: AMO VFGR STARTED
F18: ATNDGR 0: DELETE NOT POSSIBLE AS ATNDGR IS INTERCEPT DESTINATION
FOR ITR GROUPS
F19: ATNDGR 0: DELETE NOT POSSIBLE AS ATNDGR IS STILL ASSIGNED AT LEAST
ONE ACCESS CODE (DELETE ASSIGNMENT WITH AMO VFGKZ)

I try to delete this INTERCEPT DESTINATIONS , but whiuthout ATNDNO is not possible and it not specified.

CHA-VFGR:0,,DEL,,,,,,,,,,,,,0&&15,,,,,;
H500: AMO VFGR STARTED
F33: SPECIFICATION OF PARAMETER FUNCT ONLY ADMISSIBLE IF A VALID ATNDNO
IS ENTERED
AMO-VFGR -21 ATTENDANT CONSOLE GROUPS

maybee syou know how to delete this , or another way to make thik forward.

Ok if your are using scripts then it should not be a problem.
We use a web interface so that we can change the destinations of our on-call numbers. It just sends the AMO to the PABX.
Remember that if you are forwarding the phone to an outside/another company not connected to your PABX, then those stations need to have a COS (class of service) that enables/allows this.

This is the command we use:

Add-actda:stn,1234,FWD,,0########;

1234 = Station

0 = Outside line (whatever digit you press for an outside line)

####### = PSTN or ISDN or Mobile (cell phone) number

The double comma after the FWD is not a mistake.

Without knowing your full setup I would not suggest deleting Attendant groups.

Is the day hotline number setup as a station or as something else?
