Location: latvia Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello ! I've got a problem with Hicom. I need to make a fixed call forwarding and destination number muset be entered automatically durig station configuration. Is it another way to make this forwarding without using AMO ACTDA ? Or if this only one way , how to make this command work , entereing string with all destinations station returns an error : F04:COMBINATION OF FIXED AND VARIABLE CALL FORWARDING IS NOT PERMITTED In manual hint to this error is : H04:NIGHT SWITCH FOR ATND GROUP <xx> ACTIVATED. I just dont know what to because i can't delete this ATNDGR. can someone help me whith a tip or something ? | ||||||||

Location: Sydney, Australia Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hope this helps. The AMO ACTDA is the only way to make a forwarding (as far as I know). To Add/Delete Fixed forwarding 1. Add-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234,si=vce,destnof=5678; 2. del-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234,si=vce; 3. dis-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234 4. add-actda:type=stn,stno=1234,featcd=fwd,sifwd=vce; 5. dis-actda:type=stn,stno=1234; Srcno = Station number of source 1234 = Source Station 5678 = Destination Station Is the station actually a member of an Attendent group? This will affect whether or not and how you can forward this station. | ||||||||

If i enter a destination number using ZIEL , fixed call forwarding activates after pressing #29 on phone , and call is forwarded to station what is entered as destnof : Add-ziel:type=fwd,srcno=1234,si=vce,destnof=5678; In AMO ACTDA i try to make forward to some numbers , digital and anate but in each case it returns an error. I am running version 3 software as well. Could you please explain what you are trying to achieve/configure. Just fixed forwarding a station? Night service destination? Voicemail destination? | ||||||||

If you make dis-actda you can see all those destinations what are entered through key on phone. And i can be activated automatically by a script what connecting to station in certain time and enter a string with destinations. We need this becaus in 22:00 all workres leave the building but we must accept some emergensy calls , so we forward our day hotline to some company which would answer it , but customers shoul think that they talk with someone from our company. They call to our day hotline number and their calls are forwarded to another company. So the most useful for me is AMo actda , but when i try to enter all destinations and other , it returns an error. F04:COMBINATION OF FIXED AND VARIABLE CALL FORWARDING IS NOT PERMITTED In manual hint to this error is : H04:NIGHT SWITCH FOR ATND GROUP <xx> ACTIVATED We've got 2 ATNDGR 0 and 1 , ferst group i delet , but another one (0)when i try to delete it returns an error : H500: AMO VFGR STARTED F18: ATNDGR 0: DELETE NOT POSSIBLE AS ATNDGR IS INTERCEPT DESTINATION FOR ITR GROUPS F19: ATNDGR 0: DELETE NOT POSSIBLE AS ATNDGR IS STILL ASSIGNED AT LEAST ONE ACCESS CODE (DELETE ASSIGNMENT WITH AMO VFGKZ) I try to delete this INTERCEPT DESTINATIONS , but whiuthout ATNDNO is not possible and it not specified. Location: Sydney, Australia Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Ok if your are using scripts then it should not be a problem. We use a web interface so that we can change the destinations of our on-call numbers. It just sends the AMO to the PABX. Remember that if you are forwarding the phone to an outside/another company not connected to your PABX, then those stations need to have a COS (class of service) that enables/allows this. This is the command we use: Add-actda:stn,1234,FWD,,0########; 1234 = Station 0 = Outside line (whatever digit you press for an outside line) ####### = PSTN or ISDN or Mobile (cell phone) number The double comma after the FWD is not a mistake. Without knowing your full setup I would not suggest deleting Attendant groups. Is the day hotline number setup as a station or as something else? | ||||||||
