MOH Again

does somebody know how Siemens PBX Hicom 300 or Hipath 4000, could
stream its CDR data to network or file. Currently PBX steams calls
data only to COM port and we should install computer near to the PBX
just for collecting data. We would like to collect this information
remotely via ethernet network port which this exchange has.

Best,

Sve

I have a Hicom 350E, our current setup is that we have a local PC next to the PABX, it is only low grade but enough to do the job of collecting the data. Then we remotely connect to that PC to transfer the data to where we want it. This local PC is also connected to the same backup power supply as the PABX, so we always have the data.

You can do it, use an serial to ethernet adapter, connect the serial cable to the adapter it has an ip address to connect to the network, the information be at any pc that connects to the adapter. I used a MOXA to did it.

If you have a POLL Cat you can send it that way. Also In the 4K you can set the param for cdr to FTP
