Exclamation Hipath 3000 configuration

Does anybody know, how to block and unblock the pin codes on the Hipath 3000 range.
I like to talk with 3rd party software to the Hipath 3000.
When the pin codes is blocked, the user can't make any calls and if it is unblocked, calls can be made again.
Commands and setup will be much appreciated.

This can be done from the console. Login with *95 and the normal admin or user account.
Proceed to option 13 or 20 depending on the account status. The account code (PINS) menu will then display the various options.

You can communicate with the system over HiPath Manager E and Assistant T (TDM phone connected at one of the first two ports of the system)

No third party software can be used.
No commands are available.

I think using manager E you can create set of PIN that you can distribute to any user. PINS are used when you want to access a trunk that needed PIN CODES ( National and International Calls) This means that there are trunks that are has all access.

From Manager E: Username: 31994 (default)

On The Menu Select Call charges then Account Codes, On account code list table you can create your pin by typing it. Then Apply, Transfer,Delta Mode,PC to System

Please also see dialing rules/LCR you created.
