Holiday Scheduling

First of all, let me state that I am completely unfamiliar with the HiPath 4000 system.

Apparently we have a table somewhere in the 4000 config that shuts down our call center on holidays (and possibly re-routes calls). I haven't the first clue as to where this is, or how to access it. I know it exists as I've seen it, I just don't know how to get there.

I've checked everywhere that I can think of in the GUI config editor. I do have the client installed for expert access if needed.

Any ideas?

Dear Smith,

U can use either comwin or ACD Administrator(GUI Tool) for scheduling.In ACD administartor go to the respective art and give the required dates.

Are you using ProCentre? - Which would be a separate server to the PABX.

By GUIconfig editor I'm assuming you are talking about HiPath 4000 Assistant?

What do you want to do? Check programming of the current setup you have? Make changes.

ACD administrator is a separate tool (application) to Assistant and if you are suing ProCenter then Manager is a separate tool (application) again.

Hi .... ,

You can make changes through Procenter Manager,ACD Administartor or Comwin .

For checking the confogurations ACD administartor will be a good one it's a GUI tool .

If u dont have ACD Administartor please down load from HiPAth Assisstant .

Thanks for your help. I was able to re-route the calls by using a Route Control Group in the HiPath Assistant web interface.
