Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Siemens HiPath 3550 installation and programming manual I used to work as a PABX technician before installing different brands of PABX such as NEC Systems, Samsung, Aria, Mitel but am currently working as a VOIP Technician with a different company. I have just encountered a customer (a UN agency) who has a Siemens HiPath 3550 and they desperately need some help after being shortchanged by their installer. I would really appreciate if someone could supply me with an installation and programming manual to help me work on the agency's telephone system. Any good Samaritan out there? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country: | I wanted to know this system hence the request for the manual. I needed to read thru it so that I maybe able to do some programming and install additional extensions. The customer would like to add more extensions and I would like to determine what card to purchase. We would also like to find a supplier for the additional extension card so we can purchase it. I would also like to find whether the system is IP based. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country: | hi My advice is to download the customer database to learn more about the capacity , version , load and more about your system . You will need the : - manager E software - manual reference and a little training to deal with the VOIP stuff in this case. Let me know if you still need those .... Good luck | ||||||||
