| Junior Member | Siemens HI-Path 3800 I have a Siemens 3800 with very little experience. I am having an issue with STMI card going into red alarm. I have to go into maintenance and reload the card, meanwhile the system not able to make or receive calls. I was told to update software on the system. Is there a written procedure for this?? |
