Hello,

I'm currently trying to set-up our PBX Siemens 3350 in order to send DDI's with a type of number="National" instead of "Unknown".
This has to be done in order to solve CLIP issues with our Telco.

If someone can let me know where I can configure this ?

What number is sent, when you say unknown is this whats is displayed on the phone when you ring someone.
Do you have a pri or basic isdn on your system?

'Unknown' is not the display on the phone but the coding of the TON IE(Calling Party Number) in the Q931 SETUP sent to my telco.
I'm connected with a Primary Trunk (30 Channels)

If you are tiring to send did of extension to external call you could use the >country code>Local area code and pabx number in routes and set no. type outgoing as unknown. then set in flags the configurable clip as off, this then should use the did assigned as out going clip. if you have the config clip on then fill in clip you want to send in table in extensions. you also need clear sending on in your telco for this to work.
And are you sure it is a 3350 as we can’t put a pri on that model
