Rep Power: 0  Country:  | problem with keysystem & atnd console good morning, i've a problem. I've a optipoint configured as kesystem (4500), when this stn is busy in primary line with atnd console (4599) and i receive a call to my second line (4506), i can't answer a call pressing the line button to the display appear "on hold not possible" , i can't put on hold the atnd console with the automatic hold (this is one of service of keysys). The only way is using menu to conferme at the voice "consultating?". how i can put on hold the atnd console pressing the button of incoming call to the second line? Do you have any tip, for this problem. | ||||||||
