Hipath 4000 LTU failure

Does anyone know how to clear a LTU alarm from hista once it has cleared on its own? del-gra doesn't work and Siemens says it takes 18 hours which doesn't work. We have always had to switch processor sides to clear. munipulating vadsu doesn't work. I can't believe there is not a simple command to clear a LTU alarm. All the others can be cleared with the del-gra. All replies appreciated

Hi Zerodock..

you can erase the complete errors on hista by using DEL-HISTA;

The again you have to add it by using

ADD-HISTA:2500; - if simplex H4K ver 1.0 system
or
ADD-HISTA:10000; - if duples H4K ver 1.0 or higher versions

all the best!

ltu failure is in amo vadsu , central alarm number 2.
if you've just tried to delete with del-gra:bp,2;
and it doesn't work you have to set threshold 1 at 65535 and treshold 2 at 65535 to disactivate the alarm

Or you could just hide it with AMO Signl
CHANGE-SIGNL:TYPE=MID,CD=F,NO=XXXX,OUT=LOCK;
XXXX=Alarm number
