If you have never done this before and do not have TAC support.... Your are in over your head. My opition. This is not something a novice should be fooling with without lots of history and background in this system. I've crashed 2 or 3 systems learning but they were all offline systems I had in the shop. But if you want to still do it..... You will need the current DVDs with all the how to's in it. Make sure to do a full back-up before you get going. You might find you need it. Been working them sence 2002. I was the 2nd one installed in the US.
