Hello everyone
This is my first post , sorry it's a question already

I'm using a HiPath 3700/3750 PBX and I'm administering it with the "HiPath 3000 Manager

The problem that i have is that I need to put an attendand for a huntgroup so that when all users in that hunt group are busy or not answering , the attendant comes in, I've created the mailbox butI can't get it to intercept the hunt group

I've tried to do what it says in the manual but it won't work

Please help

In incoming calls>Call forwarding set the call dest station assignment for the group to a un-used call dest list i.e list 6 in day and night if you want. if it is a mailbox you want to put the overflow to enter vm no in target 2 (in the dest list 6)and set up a mailbox with the group number.
If its a attendant ie 1 for sales etc you have to set up a mailbox as a attendant and create a phantom number same as that mailbox.

Assign an extension for associated dialing /services and forward that extension to VM and put the phantom ext number in to target 2

I made the attendant at 351 when i call that number it ansewrs me and plays the recording
I've also made the destination lists and put 351 in target 2 and then i have chosen the destination list for that number in call forwarding
But it doesn't work
If i put a real number in the destination list at target 2 it works and it calls that number

I've managed to get night answer working by using line assignment (I've put an image in the attachment)

but i need to get the day one working too (it's as important as the night one )

the destenation list for 452 should be eg: day 6 night 7 internal 16

In the targets should be for list 6 should be target 1 *, target 2 351, target 3 blank

In list 7 target 1 531,

is 351 a phantom extension or real
is it fwd to voicemail card.

do yu mean if it's a PDID or a DID ?

it's a DID

the number 351 should be set up as a virtual station and that is fwd to mailbox when put in targer 2 it will ring into mailboc 351.
