This is done through the manager E tool, do you have the software?
If you have you go in to transfer and select maintenance, click on ivm tab and you will see password reset

You should be able to get the manager c from your supplier. you can connect through the serial port, the lan would have to be configered to work. is the BCM a call managment software , the lan i.p would be set up to work on that and you could use that port, but you still need the software.

End User here bashing head against wall with Siemens and previous maintenance contractor supplier who no longer exists. We have purchased the Manager C Software direct from Siemens and Callbridge but we dont have the correct password to get in, Im now being told we need a complete system restore to default settings and setting up from scratch, is this correct??? Surely SOMEONE must be able to log in and overwrite any password which is in there??? We only want to manage our own speed dial lists etc, not reprogramme the NASA space station, why do they make it SOOOO complex?????

If you contact Siemens direct or the local distributors they can dial in and reset passwords or tell you who can.

It is something I have always said the customer should have the software, the main reason for passwords is to protect the customer from being hacked not protecting the installers site.
