Hi I wondering if you solved your problem? Looks like this happened during an upgrade?

I'm having a similar problem only it didn't happen during/after an upgrade. I think it happened while I was trying to delete a station.

However it happened I can't get to any kind of a configuration screen. I can login into assistant and can see the menus but when I go to execute them I get a little window stating that no further text is stored in this message.

Sounds like a Java version issue.

Is this message contained in the Java applet window that tries to open?

I know the version I have of access management will only support Java version of 1.4.2_06

If you go to the very first page i.e Public area and click on client preparation it will tell you what version of java you have and if if is supported.

I have now have this problem on a machine and definitely believe it to be a windows issue, because I have another machine that uses the assistant fine.
