Location: Anacortes, Washington Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Restricting phones in HiPath 3700 I am a novice to PBX's and have been asked to restrict some phones to internal, 911 and local calls only. I have been trying to do this with the Allowed/Denied lists but don't seem to have any luck. Anyone have a way to do this by COS? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re look at LCR and find out what COS is assigned for each route table ie. local ,long distance, intl. it is probably set to 15 or something similar. Change the cos for local to something a little lower like 8 and set 911 to 1 so that everyone has access to make 911 calls. next you have to go to each phone that you want to restrict set them to whatever you set the COS for local calls , but make sure that the COS for LD,intl on so on are higher than you r local COS. if this is confusing send me a PM with a contact # and i can step ypu through it.
