Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Diverting a UCD Group on a HiPath 3500 How to I divert a UCD group to another number? I've tried *83 <UCD#> but the PABX terminates the call as soon as I finish entering the #. Is there something I have to change for the UCD group to allow this, or is there some other way its supposed to be done? Night switch isn't a viable option as this group is for a service desk that operates around the clock on weekdays and should only be diverted on weekends. | ||||||||
