| Moderator | Does the system have the Xpressions card installed as the 3800 does not come with it's own voicemail like the 3300 & 3500's. If you have the Xpreesions card simply go to IVM tab in the Auxiliary Equipment and add users, also you might have to make them live in maintenance. Regards DanB |
