when you open up the tool did you go into the options screen and open the program options screen and go to communications settings and make sure that you have selected the correct com port that corresponds to your modem(usually com 3). and select US robotics sportster flash as the modem type. that should solve your problems hopefully.

Hi. I have doone all your sugestions, but it does not work.

I just got this new version HA640B.50.056 but still the same.

In the past, i did not have a laptop Runing the program, I used to have a HP desktop.

Now this is my third laptop I have Bught from HP and no one have work whit this.

I have test it with DV8380us DV9005 and DV9010 ...

The modem work fine with the internet dialer.

Are you trying to connect to the system on site or from a remote site.

Get the modem settings for the commands required in the manager and enter them. the modem settings that are preset are only for those modems. if you modem not on the list you have to set it up to your modem settings. you should be able to find them on the web.
