Siemens Hi path 4000 programming

Sir How will i configure my hi path 4000 to deny any outdial number even intercom unless the extention press zero.

If you only want this phone to dial 0 the best way is to make it ring down to 0. Just configure a hotline index of 0 and change the station to go to that index. When they pick up phone it will ring down to 0. If you want to block certain extensions from being dialed from a phone you will have to change the ITR group table . In this table you can block one ITR from dialing other ITR entries. So you would block the station from dialing any ITR except the one that you give the operator. Be careful not to use ITR 0 because that is the default ITR group for a stations and trunk's.
