Hello everyone.

This is my first post in the Siemens section because we're currently phasing out an Hicom 300 network. We've got a big problem: we are using HDMS for the day to day admin tasks, and the whole system is now locked.

What occured is that a PBX in a branch office was disconnected (building closed, lines shut down) before we had time to remove it from HDMS. Now HDMS is constantly trying to perform an "Upload ALL" (synchronize all data back from the PBX to the local database) from that system. When we try to do *any* operation even in other systems, it gives this error: "In system <name of disconnected PBX> an Upload ALL is performed. Administration is locked."

The result is that we are unable to perform daily admin tasks and this is very bad in our current situation.
The only way we found to remove the lock is by starting another Upload ALL manually...

Would anyone with experience on HDMS know a solution to this?
