Adding Dest Name or ?
Its possible for the end user to do some programming from the handset, such as programming a REPDIAL button on an Optiset 12 Advanced Plus, where the key layout is already designated for DDS function, but nothing has been programmed on there yet.

What type of Phone and what type of programming (Speed dial individual lists, extension repdials, ??)

The answer is Yes, but as DNA said can you be a bit more specific and do you want access to Admin or Expert mode?

HiPath 3000 Series:
Just punch in *95 in the 1st Digital terminal an you will be asked for the user and password.

From then on ......... come back your reply!
