Can someone tell me how to get raw data or at least my call details out of the Hipath 3800. I have tried CONNECTING with hyper terminal but no luck.
any help will go a long way

Hyper-terminal works, have you programmed for outgoing call details to be switched on?

on the 3550 and 3750 you had to set V24 at the main terminal not via mngr E. ie: *95 to get into service access
Change modem speed to 19200 baud
Enter
*95 User
Enter 31994 �� Password
Enter 31994 �� System-admin.
Enter 22 System Option
Enter 13 V.24 Configuration
Enter 1 MB Baud Rate
Enter * 3 �� 19200 baud

Press Speaker Key or F8 to Exit or continue
then under manger E system status/call charges , set CDR to output on V24.1

Have a go at that.
