HiPath 3350 incoming call restriction

Hi

Do you have any ideas how to fix this please?
PBX is Siemens HiPath 3350, phones opti point 500 st.
One of our phones is not ringing when there is incoming call. I can make any calls from that phone, but I cant receive a call. I can receive an internal call of course and it's ringing. I'm 99% sure its a programming issue and it's something simple. But I respect the PBX settings and am scared to do experiments

I tried *95 -> 15 Call Barring -> 1Trunk Access Day -> I selected the proper station - bbut the access is FULL

Are there any other options how to restrict user from incomming calls?
Thank you for your reply

i assume that all inbound calls ring in to a hunt group which in turn rings all phones. if this the case check the groupto see if that device is in the group. that should solve your issue.

I did not do #0 It was like I wrote for a long time (I think from begining, cause company wanted to restrict one guy who rents a room in our office - not to bother him with incomming calls)... I'm in this company just 5 months and think it's waste of money to take a maintenence agreement for > L700 just to sort that out...

Thanks for info ... I'll try to check the hunting group

Thanks for the hunting group tip aj1104. It's working fine now
I've added station #18 to group 31, 32, 33.
