Rep Power: 0 ![]() | HiPath EVM (voicemail) sound quality so we have our 3550 and a new v6 board with the built in EVM, which seems to work well with one major problem - the sound quality of the recorded messages is really bad. Our Optisets are pretty old but I havent noticed any real problems with the sound quality for calls. Has anyone had problems with EVM quality or is this just a matter of recording and playback through an old handset? thx , Bill

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | setting greetings and messages to HiQuality has helped alot, still not great tho I've just realised I can transfer audio files to the HiPath using Manager - so I'm going to record our main overnight message and auto-attendant stuff using a decent mic and a Powerbook and transfer them over - should sound pretty good
