How to define intrude button in hipath 4000?

Hi all,

I wonder if someone know how can I define an intrude number?, means, I have A1 and A2 which are monitored agents and C is costumer, and I want to participant or observe the call from C to A1 with A2 by pressing the A1 number which is located on my device...
