hi all...first post..seems pbx world is here.

Any way,,,can i ask a help ...i have a problem with my machine,
first we thought that i have a problem with my old one, it is hicom 150e, now we upgrade it to hipath 3550 to solve the problem, problem is restarting by itself almost daily...n some ports are gone..

hope some body can help me

make sure the version of software is at the current release. some software releases in the past have had some reboot issues. What version of software are you running.

When you say it restarts itself are you talking about a Hard restart or a soft one? Also are your PBX's networked?

thank you both of you...by the way...im just resolving my problem, even almost daily visit to find out your answers, but its already done..

but anyway again thank you for your answers..here is my soft version..HA620B.50.159....ITS A HARD RESTART...sir can i ask again, is this a new one(version),do u have site for this softwares..

An how could i connect/update my old hicom 150e..Unlyk my 3550, there is no LAN present..its only a db39..as per my problem b 4.

Sir also, i experiencing like "local port deadlock" what im going to do is to do a hard restart...is there any solution about this...sir

hope you ca both help about this...
