| Junior Member | HiPath 3000 Caller id issues Hello all, I have a HiPath 3550 that seems to drop calling parties name but sends the number. I have tried several software releases and they all seem to work fine until the fifth day. On day five it loses the calling parties name only. I wanted to know if anyone has has had this problem. It is a Siemens 3550 w/ 4 port CO and a ANI4 caller ID modules. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated AJ1104 |
