Cool Help with LDAP Settings for HiPath

Customer would like to use LDAP as phonebook for the HiPath 3800, he has 2 sites and they are all linked via IP network.

The setting up of the LDAP on the telephone system is easy enough but the info for the required strings doesn't help enough. Even the tech support at siemens wasn't helpful.

Need help at wits end ....

TIA

If you download the LDAP into a CSV file then you can modifie it then push it back. Do you know what XIE is? Also if you are using any of the Siemens softphones the software is inside it as well.

Still waiting, funny how when it is an issue with the phone system they are breathing down our necks but as soon as it is an IT issue you don't see them for dust.

I am the type of person who likes to see a problem sorted out to the end.
