Hi All

Im new to the phones game and am currently without the guy (on holiday the swine) who normally maintains the phone system , who incidentally has done the full training and has a copy of the documentation (sadly not kept on site).

This is a very simple query but without the documentation to refer to im a little stuck.

I have an internal extension number which is currently set as a virtual number, this line is due to be changed to a fully fledged digital line (to be done by the the trained guy on his return) and pressed into service. the problem i have is that in the mean time it currently has a divert on it which i need removed before the owner of the other line kicks up a stink.

the divert shows on the switch as "ie ii 4238", what do i need to punch in to remove this type of divert as rfd is not doing it?

any help would be gratefully recieved, if i sort it I may also be able to talk the boss into some training too!!
