Hello all,


Can you please help with TM , i am new to the TM.

i have installed the TM after lots of problem and i have recently applied the SU3 to the TM server, and i suppose its working as a software now, but my problem and therefore my question is how can we retrieve the phone and system data from the CS and apply it to the TM so we will be able to check the TNs and DNs from TM web browser and do changes and modification.

is their any help, or ideas.
i will appreciate your quick response since i have to submitted soon.

i have also another problem with another TM server when i do to TM web browser under telephony tab and try to search or add i will got this error

Answer to the above question:
Well, you got to perform update system data through windows navigator and do a retrieve all by selecting the CS and retrieve all option in web navigator.
once you perform this task you should be able to view TN's and DN's from TM Web browser.

the other issue that you have in web navigator page is some thing you got to see the java version.. let me know whether have u recently upgraded any java version prior to this.
