Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Music on Hold problem NT40 Hi all, One of my customers has a Commander NT system and requires music on hold, looked it up in the manual to see what port it required and it says SDF pair 23 on amp champ 2. I have a 20 pair tail and a 30 pair tail so is only one pair 23. Am using a LIU of course and have turned the volume up etc. Put my butt set across the unit and i can here the on hold source. Have reprogrammed the system off chimes to MOH and music is turned on. But still no music working for on hold feature. Any ideas much appreciated. BTW not sure what the system is called in other countrys but it was made by Northern Telecom and is a grey coloured unit. Thanks Michael | ||||||||
