Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | call pilot 100 dear everyone, we have a callpilot100, my problem is when auto attendant answers and tranfer the calls. If the called party is not answering the calls it will go back to auto attendant but without playing the main prompt again. it is in silence only, however the caller can dial another extension and aa will transfer it. or if they don't dial anything because it is silent, after some timeout, the call will disconnect. Anyone has a problem like this before? thanks.. my call pilot version is 2.00.47.00 | ||||||||

Location: va. Rep Power: 0 Gender: Country:  | Check the phone settings,make sure RNA should go to Voice mail, also there should be a no response option you can stub/connect back to main greeting. You will get more responses if you post you question under Meridian Systems. | ||||||||
