| Junior Member | Observe feature I have a Nortel Option 11c pabx rls 25.40B. I programmed the Observe key in several acd supervisors. Sometimes when I am observing an agent, I listen to another conversation (a convesation agent, or non agent). Did anyone happen this?. Regards!. |
