Contact Center 6.0 with CS 5.0 issues

I have recently been trying to make the Not Ready Reason codes to work on the Contact Center 6.0 and I have built the ADS block and set up everything correctly in the switch and contact center. I have the 1150 sets and I can't seem to figure out why it is not working. I have asked Nortel and they come back with nothing so far. Any ideas. I know the NRAC has to be set to Yes in LD 23. Also the 1150 sets have a special key for the activity codes which doesn't work yet. I built an extra acnt key and it won't work either. What am I missing?

Any ideas?
