EAS Questions
We are using 3 Definity G3R’s programmed with Virtual Routing/ BSR
If anyone can shed some light on the following questions, I would greatly appreciate it.
Does the MIA field in the SYSTEM=PARAMTERS FEATURS page take precedence over the group type field in the hunt groups form?

If we change ACW Agents Considered Idle? Y/N, then

What impact does that setting have to call flow?

Will that change how EWT is calculated in thePBX?

Will that change reporting features in CMS?

Not using ROUTE IT or CISCO. This is a Definity G3R with a large call center using LAI and BSR to pass calls between 3 locations
