Location: Piscataway Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Setup Cisco IPCC Agent w/o IP Phone Configured Hello Everyone, I am hoping someone can help me on this. I have a call center about 25 agents. For holiday time we hire temporary help and my issue is setting up these agents without a physical phone. I have created the device profile in the CM and they can log in successfully to the phone (with extension mobility) however, the problem is logging into the Desktop Agent (ID cound not be found) is displayed. I am sure that I have missed something but can't put my finger on it. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Sheila | ||||||||

Location: Minneapolis Rep Power: 3 ![]() | DP = Device Profile There should be a user that owns all the IPCC DP's That user may be called RMUser, or anything really. THe best place to look is in the IPCC admin pages to see what they called the user. If the DP's are not owned by this User in CM then they will probably not register with IPCC even if the user is logged in. You should also verify that the Users exist in the IPCC admin pages. Do you have a CCO account? There are Admin and Install docs on cisco.com but you will need a CCO account. __________________ Deus ex machina | ||||||||

I do not see the profile associated here, which brings me to my original question, since I do not have a physcial phone to associate in RMJTAPI the user it not showing up as a register IPCC agent. I do have CCO account and will check there as well. Thanks for your feedback it has been very helpful. | ||||||||
