HI Back71

--first convert your wav files to vmu format using WAV2VMU.EXE
--then rename the file according to the type of message viz., AA,MOH,QUEUE,etc**
--then connect to the system using BP inspect , goto file transfer selct the VMU car at the right hand side then select your converted file on the system side and then press ---->>
--**refer to the BMS help for filenames and folders in the vmu-hd

Thanks, but in BP inspect at the right side there isn't VMU card, there is only CPU-D5 (card:0).
The VMU-HD works well, there is activated a Automated Attendant.

VMU-HD 8 -ROF 157 5126/1
RYS 102 526/1 R2C
RYS 102 526/2 R2C

where it is the problem?
