I am curently working on a new Projet to Integrate remote IVR with an local Genesys Framework connect to a MD110.

we plan to use UUI ( User to User Information)

Let me explain, the Remote IVR would handle the Voice Interactive part. At the end of the Automated Voice handling, the call will be transfered to our local office PBX (ericsson MD110 BC13/ genesys 7.2) on a specific DNIS via ISDN trunks.

To allow the transfer of information the remote IVR will attach context information ( Sample: Customer ID) in the ISDN: UUI field.

When recieving the IVR call, the MD110 would read this UUI field and send this information toward our genesys framework via the Application Link (AL 16).

My questions:

Does Anyone have experience with UUI and MD110 /application link ( AL 16) ?

Is this scanario realistic?

Any advice?
