Question E&M interface for MX-One

I have a TLU80 card which I'd like to interface to an external voice recorder by means of E&M signalling.
Is it the TL22 function block that I'd need to use? Any idea what VARC and VARO parameters would be for the RODAI command?
The recorder is operating 4-wire: a subscriber dials in, it sends confirmation beeps back, records the message and then broadcasts it over a public address system. The recorder is looking for the M wire to go to ground to start operating.
I guess I would also like confirmation of the SIG parameters for the ROCAI command.
Any help would be appreciated.
