How many T1's or PRI's will you need? What is your current network infrastructure? What kind of Nortel do you have? Most have an IP Migration path. Will you be needing to network multiple ip pbx's together? What are your voicemail requirements? There is a lot to consider when going to VOIP. ie. a simple issue is power. If your power goes out unless you are using POE your phones will die. Is this acceptable to you? IF not you will need a very solid backup plan in the event of powerfailure. Those are my first round of questions. As for choosing a vendor - Which do you have that are local in your area? IF you have a problem can they dispatch someone in a decent amount of time? What about spare parts and phones?..etc... __________________ -=Welcome to PBXInfo=- -Become a PBXInfo Supporter -Get more PM Space, Profile Picture, a Signature -Add yourself to Pbxinfo's Frappr -Find Nortel Software | ||||||||
