Not much - the vast majority of folks in this industry are field based and don't have regular access to the net; in addition to that most of them don't think of the net as a place to 'hang out' - they sign on, do what they came on to do and go about their business.

That's my angle on it from looking at our work group, we have a few people here don't even have a PC at home and see no reason to get one as long as they can come to work and check email once a week. The rest of them would rather pick up the phone and call senior or myself for answers rather than surf the web looking for them.

Most of our crew couldn't pass a 2nd grade written evaluation and they know it - no reason to visit or post on a public forum and demonstrate that fact to the whole world.

And last and least - this isn't a hobbyist website; most people in this business aren't passionate enough about their job to come around here on their free time.
