NEC IPK Voicemail/PRI
A cust has an IPK. they just upgrade from regular analog lines to PRI service. Now whenever the voicemail senses brief silence it disconnects. What's the fix?

I'd assume that it has the Active voice VM. Have a look at the application page 6 line 54 for recording pauses.
